High quality training delivered at very competitive prices
We run our business very efficiently and keep our overheads low, so we’re able to pass on these savings to you in the form of very competitive prices. We often arrange for nearby businesses to join together at one venue for their training as this shares the costs and enables us to deliver training
which is more frequent and convenient for them.
Despite our low prices, we don’t compromise on quality and this is paramount to us. Our trainers are all qualified and experienced in the fields they teach in, and not just the theory. For example we use instructors who work within the Emergency Services to deliver our First Aid and Fire Awareness courses. Of course, all our trainers also hold teaching qualifications to ensure a high standard of delivery.
We also regularly monitor the standard of our instructors to ensure quality delivery is maintained.

We pride ourselves in giving our customers a friendly, timely and efficient service. Many of our existing clients come back to us time and again which we think is testament to a close working relationship we work hard to forge with all of our customers.
Training tailored to your individual needs
For businesses, we mostly deliver in-house training at their premises but we also frequently run open courses. For in-house courses, at your request we can tailor them to meet your company’s individual needs for example to include particularly relevant content and examples relating to your specific line of work. If you’d like us to work in such bespoke content, all we ask is that you let us know in advance so that we have time to make the necessary changes to the standard course content.

ABOUT US
We are a training partnership based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, North Staffordshire (near to Stoke-on-Trent). The principal Partner is Dee Williams who hails from Lincolnshire. She has many years in the training field in managerial positions. Her main role is to consult with both existing and potential clients to advise on their training needs. She is also involved in marketing and promotion of the business, evaluating trainers and building longstanding customer relationships.
The other Partner is Mike Crofts, a local of north Staffordshire who mainly deals with office administration, including invoicing and accounting.
